Position Summary:
The Enterprise Account Executive drives new enterprise sales and expands high-value relationships across Kindsight's enterprise market. This role requires strategic, consultative selling into complex organizations with multiple stakeholders, formal procurement processes, and long sales cycles.
The successful candidate brings a proven enterprise SaaS track record, disciplined opportunity management, and a passion for helping mission-driven organizations transform donor engagement through data and technology.
What You'll Do
Develop deep expertise in Kindsight's solutions, value propositions, and competitive differentiation.
Craft and deliver compelling narratives that connect Kindsight's platform to each organization's fundraising goals and business outcomes.
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including leading responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
Consistently achieve and exceed new sales targets across an assigned territory of enterprise prospects and customers.
Build and execute territory and account plans with short- and long-term strategies to drive pipeline and quota attainment.
Lead structured discovery and engage executive sponsors, economic buyers, and cross-functional stakeholders through consultative, problem-first conversations.
Build Mutual Action Plans with customers to navigate procurement, security review, legal, and executive approval.
Accurately forecast pipeline and in-quarter performance, grounded in evidence of customer progress.
Maintain strong CRM hygiene by consistently recording touchpoints, activity, and opportunity events.
Partner with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, and leadership to ensure seamless client experiences.
Build relationships with industry leaders and represent Kindsight at conferences, philanthropy events, and client engagements.
Travel up to 60% as required.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record in enterprise-level selling.
Demonstrated success closing complex, high-value deals and managing large strategic accounts.
Experience navigating multi-stakeholder buying groups and long sales cycles that include RFPs, security reviews, legal negotiation, and executive approval.
Disciplined opportunity management and forecasting, with comfort using data and pipeline math to prioritize time.
Knowledge of modern sales methodologies; MEDDPICC and Challenger are assets.
Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical and business value clearly and persuasively.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Extensive knowledge of Salesforce and the Salesforce ecosystem, including its partners, integrations, and applications, is strongly preferred.
Experience selling CRM, data, or fundraising solutions to mission-driven organizations is an asset.
Compensation Range: $260,000-320,000 CAD/$250,000-300,000 USD OTE annually, based on experience, market benchmarks and role complexity. We aim to offer fair, competitive pay that reflects your skills and the market.
